We can provide replacement towels upon request for long stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact us to arrange.

Please note damage all damage to items is chargeable (this includes the misuse of towels and bedlinen that may stain)

 

If you have any issues during your stay, please report it to us as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that any problems reported after 3pm will be resolved on the same day so we encourage you to report the problem in good time to enable us to assist you.

 

Important policies to note (please read)

 

Smoking: No smoking is strictly prohibited inside any building or accommodation at Hartsop Fold. Failure to comply with this may result in you being asked to leave the park.

 

EV Charging: There are no facilities on site to charge electric vehicles and charging from lodge sockets is not permitted. The nearest EV charging is in Glenridding.

 

Drones: Please respect the privacy of other owners and guests on site and refrain from flying drones at Hartsop Fold.

 

 

FAQ’s

Hot tub lid: unclip the front and fold half of the lid back (over the bar). Use the bar to lift the whole lid off. Reverse this to get the lid back on. 

 

Groceries: The local village of Glenridding has a shop where you can get the essentials. The towns of Penrith (North) and Ambleside (South) have an abundance of supermarkets and other shops. They are about 30-40mins away.

 

Pets: as per your booking T&C’s pets are not to be left unattended at any time in the lodges.

 

Visitors: You may have day visitors pop in to see you during your stay, but they must not stay overnight.

 

Early checkout: If you need to checkout early and Reception is closed, please pop your key in the Reception letterbox.
